★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年前は介護職員も施設全体も明るく、親切で素晴らしいところでした。しかし2年前くらいに経営が変わり、施設長がかわり、職員の顔つきが変わったのがよくわかるような感じでした。久々に家族に会ったらあざだらけ、間違った処置、あっという間に亡くなりました。他の入居者も次々に亡くなってると聞きます。ここは本当にやばいです。行政の介入が必要なのではないでしょうか。星もつけたくないです。次の被害者が出ないよう投稿しました。
 Ten years ago, the care staff and the entire facility were bright, kind and wonderful. However, about two years ago, the management changed, the facility manager changed, and the faces of the staff changed. When I met my family after a long time, I was full of bruises, wrong treatment, and died in a blink of an eye. I hear that other residents are dying one after another. This is really bad. Isn't it necessary for government intervention? I don't want to add stars. I posted it so that the next victim would not appear.
