Make a phone reservation in advance and then come to the store. As usual, I thought that there would be a confirmation of the contents before work, but this time there is none at all. I was a little wondering, but I left it to me because I was already working on it. After work, I checked the tires and wheels on receipt and found that the wheels were full of beats and not even wiped off. After receiving it suspiciously, when I checked the wheel again at the parking lot of the convenience store near the shop, it was hidden by the beat dirt and the wheel was full of scratches. I called the shop and brought the vehicle back to the shop to check for scratches, but the person in charge said that it was not scratched but dirty. I had the dealer paint all the wheels, and there were no scratches ... I thought that this would be the case, and I talked with the person in charge about the work, but in the middle of the conversation, "If you are running, the wheel will be scratched anyway, I do not care" and "When changing tires" I was shocked because I was cherishing the car. In addition, there was no apology. After that, I was supposed to communicate with the sales person on LINE and paint the entire surface of the four scratched wheels. Also today, I brought the vehicle to the shop for repair, but the person in charge did not apologize at all. In the end, I was told that it would be cured cleanly on LINE, but when I actually came to the store, I was told that only two of them would be repaired, which made me really annoyed. (Ask the person in charge to repair 4 pieces) Also, because the repairs aren't finished right away, I lent a substitute car, but I don't know who drank it, and I left some coffee in the car ... I was told to return it when it was full of gasoline, but since I borrowed it, I had only about half of the gasoline. Despite this corona sickness, I feel only low consciousness about drinking coffee. From beginning to end, the person in charge was frustrated, and I strongly felt that I wanted him to return early. As explained in the photo, there are dents near the wheel nut holes on almost 4 wheels, and you can understand the scratches on the outer rim, but there are multiple paint peelings on the wheel surface and you can see the aluminum background whether it was scooped out when peeling the weight. There are all four scratches up to. The seal was peeled off and the center cap was also scratched. Addendum (1): Even after one month has passed, the repair of the wheel has not been completed, and it is the same situation as when it was scratched. I left the car once, but it seemed that the schedule did not match and I could not repair it and returned it. Even just after exchanging the wheels, I have made a total of 3 round trips to and from the shop, so it is difficult to deal with the latter. Addendum (2): Two months have passed and it was returned from the repair, but it was a partial painting instead of the promised full painting. When I returned it, I was worried that it would not come off, but I heard that it would not come off easily, so I picked it up. After that, about 3 months after receiving it, the paint is partially missing. After all, it seems that it was cleaned up by cutting corners ...
