S	Shivakshi Sulekh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could’ve gone inside the castle but even from outside the park and historical remnants of the war give you enough to wonder about, but the important thing is Hiroshima before the war is not very well preserved due to the destruction so to see that this place is definitely a must go!

Unfortunately because of covid the inside is currently closed to visitors. But if you get a chance to see the park there are ruins and its a wonderful park to walk around. Inside the castle are wonderful displays or historic hiroshima and items from the past. There are lots of restrooms on site and parking both in castle grounds or easy to reach via streetcar. On the grounds there are often seasonal festivals and other events. When the trees are in bloom it is a beautiful sight. Impressive moat and stone walls around the castle that have withstood the tests of time.
