日頃から体の状態は気になる部分も多々ありましたが仕事の忙しさから見て見ぬふりをしてきました。
祝日も空いていたので思い切って行ってみると自分が思っていた以上に歪みや制限のかかっている部分があり驚きました。
施術をしてもらった後は動く様になり体も軽くなりましたが、まだまだ自分の思うように動けない部分もあるのでしっかり通いたいと思います。
