★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年ほど前にギックリ腰になって以来、ずっと腰に違和感があり、特に寝返りを打つときにビキッと電気が走るような痛みがあり困っていたところ丁度ポストにチラシが入っていたので行ってみようと思いました。
初回ではどういう事をしてくれるんだろう？余計に腰が痛くならないかな？という不安もありましたが痛くなっている理由もちゃんと説明してくれて、その通りに改善したので通ってみようと決めました。
趣味の山登りで20kgほど担ぎながら歩かないといけない事もあってその時にギックリ腰になってしまわないかという不安もありましたがそれも大丈夫そうです。
先生はちゃんと説明してくれるので腰痛やギックリ腰など繰り返している人にオススメです。
