 We serve Togakushi soba. Thank you for your support such as New Year's Eve. He seems to be doing his best at delivery, and I often see him on the road.

カレー丼はまさに蕎麦屋のカレー！
空いていて、待たずに入れる穴場です。
非喫煙者としてはタバコが吸えるのが残念だけど、職人さんとかが来るなら仕方ないかな。。
The set is cheap and delicious.
Curry soup is a soba shop curry!
It is a secret spot that you can enter without waiting.
As a non-smoker, it's a shame that you can smoke, but if you come with a craftsman, you can't help it. .

おそばがキチンとつめたくて、おつゆも出汁が効いた感じの馴染み深い町の蕎麦屋あじ。
言わなくても頃合いを見計らって蕎麦湯を出してくださる。
自分の求める基本をこなしてくれるので、自分のなかでは良い蕎麦屋！
こういうさりげない昔ながらのお店が、だんだん貴重になりつつある気がしますね。

『大ざる@藪はら・川口市前川』
大晦日の1300過ぎ、チェックしていた店五軒は全滅。
ふと目に入った「戸隠そば」の看板。
店に入ってみると覚悟していた混雑はなく、先客の爺さまが一人、テレビを見ながらビールを呑んでいる。
実にのどかである(笑)?
出てきた蕎麦は茹で加減少し柔らかめかな、蕎麦の香りが口のなかにふわっと広がる?
蕎麦つゆは本場戸隠同様に、あまり主張せずに控えめな味の濃さ?
海苔がこんなにいらないかも(笑)。
そう思うと「大もりそば」でも良かったかな。
たいへん美味しくいただきました⭐

After 1300 on New Year's Eve, the five shops we checked were annihilated.
The signboard of "Togakushi soba" which suddenly got into my eyes.
When I entered the store, there was no congestion I was prepared for, and one of my old customers was drinking beer while watching TV.
It's really peaceful (laughs)
The buckwheat that comes out is boiled down and softened, and the fragrance of the buckwheat spreads in the mouth.
Soba soup, like Togakushi, has a modest taste without much assertion.
You may not need seaweed so much (laughs).
I wonder if "Omori Soba" was good.
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このあたりで昼メシと言えば、中華なら｢銀龍｣だけど、そば･うどんならココ｢藪はら｣一択ですね。
接客も丁寧で柔らかく、そば･うどん･丼物どれも、お人柄があらわれています。
Speaking of lunchtime around here, Chinese food is "Ginryu", but soba and udon noodles are here "Yabuhara".
The customer service is also polite and soft, and the soba, udon, and rice bowls all show their personality.
