C	Cheerio Honneamis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていたので、初訪問。肉の日オンリーメニューの家系ラーメン850円を注文。が、すごくボリュームもあっておいしいのだが、家系元祖の「吉村家」にあったようなハーモニーは感じず。チャーシューの燻製香がないのがまず大きい感じ。それと、チャーシューの分厚さと肉肉しさは凄いものの、繊維質が変化するまで煮込まれておらず、脂身もまだ固い、味の染み具合も今一つのチャーシューだった。素材は良いのを使っているだけに残念。が、たまたまそういうロットだったのかもしれないので、今度は違うラーメンにトライして、再度レポートしてみます。 I was worried about before, so my first visit. A	AOI AIZU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （早速追記）土曜日の12:30頃で店内一席空いていました、今回は魚火麵ミニ３辛とウズラにした、辛さが私には丁度良かった、細麺変更しようと思ったら忘れてしまった……コールはヤサイ少しとショウガにしましたがヤサイが普通だと多く少しだと物足りない感じでした、味はとてもおいしかったです? 次回はまた他のメニューにチャレンジです? 金曜日の11:30頃で店内１人だけだったので少し不安??でした、所謂二郎インスパイアのお店ですがラーメンの種類やトッピングがとても豊富です、今回は初めてだったのでミニラーメン醤油（820円）とウズラ（100円）で…コールはニンニクとショウガ…提供されて先ずブタに驚きます?（Wにしなくて良かった）続いて麵に驚きました、タリアテッレくらいの幅で厚みが２倍くらいでした、ブタは味が濃い目で少し硬いと思いましたがおいしかった? 食べ終わる頃には顎が少し疲れました?ヤサイがデフォルトでも多いと思います、スープはパンチが少し弱いと思ったが良い感じでした?次回は他のメニューを頼んで見ようかな? スタッフの対応も良いと思いました、私の次のお客さんが二郎系初心者だったようですがとても丁寧に教えていました、他にも分かりやすい説明の張り紙もしてあります。後はお水が良かったです?
