★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小金井の前原坂下にある昔ながらのお店です。うなぎ専門店で料理は注文が入ってから生きたうなぎをさばき、蒸してから蒲焼きにして提供されるので時間がかかります。予約をしていけば前もって捌いてくれますので時間が短縮できます。蒸し方もしっかりしているのでうなぎの皮の部分がぶよぶよしているようなこともなく美味しく焼き上がったうなぎを食べることができます。夏は鰻が売れ過ぎてなかなかお目にかかることが出来ないようなので時期を外して行くことをオススメします。

If you make a reservation, you will be asked in advance, so you can save time. The way of steaming is so solid that you can eat delicious baked eel without the skin of the eel smoldering. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにうなぎが食べたく、ネットで検索して評価高めがだったので予約のために問い合わせたところ、現在はテイクアウトか宅配(出前)のみとのことでした。また、出前は行き帰りで2回分の料金がかかるらしくちょっとびっくりしました。
ご高齢者なので仕方ないかも知れませんが、ご主人は無駄に話が長くあまり話が通じません。もちろん、オーダーしたものと違う内容で出来上がってました。
天皇陛下が食べてる鰻だと散々自慢してましたが、仕入れ先が同じなだけでがっかり?
値段は高いが、鰻は浜松の養殖のもので味も至って普通。お吸物に関しては微妙に感じました。
浜松や私の地元で食べれば半額以下でもっと美味しい鰻を食べられるので今後は都内での鰻はやめようと思いました。

The price is high, but the eel is cultivated in Hamamatsu and the taste is very normal. I felt subtle about the soup.
If you eat it in Hamamatsu or my hometown, you can eat more delicious eel for less than half the price, so I decided to stop using eel in Tokyo in the future.

またマンションでは重箱の回収が難しいため、高級感のある黒い紙のお弁当箱での提供となります。
価格は時期にもよると思いますが今回税抜6000円でした。うなぎも飯も柔らかめで、タレもサラサラで上品なものです。駅周辺は駐車も難しいため配達料金は割増らしく2500円ほど請求されますので可能であればテイクアウトの方が安く済ますことができます。
