り	りゅう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018.10.01 13時10分生中 520円豚小袋 530円ミノ 690円豚ロース 590円合計 2330円大衆食堂みたいな感じの店。注文すると鉄板に火を入れてくれます。注文した品はキャベツと一緒に1皿にまとめて盛らた状態ででてきます。その後、店員が鉄板に油をひいて、油の状態を見計らってから皿に盛られているキャベツと肉を一気に鉄板へ流し込みます。 2分くらい焼いた後は、自分で焼き加減を見ながら食べるというスタイル。ミノが一番よかったかな。コリコリしてて味加減も丁度よかった。一方、小袋はコリコリしてるんだけど生臭く、豚ロースも生臭かった。あと、タレが味噌ベースで塩辛い。肉についてる味も塩辛いです。僕には、ちょっと濃すぎる味付けで、ちょっと残念でした。 2018.10.01 13:10 Raw 520 yen Pork pouch 530 yen Mino 690 yen Pork loin 590 yen 2330 yen in total A store that feels like a popular dining room.
