総合病院で看護師をしている者です。 継続していた薬の残量がなくなってしまい、かかりつけに受診したかったが、業務が重く、残業続きであったため、かかりつけになかなか受診出来ない状態だった。ネットで検索して見た所、こちらのクリニックがヒット。休日、夜遅くまで営業しており、ここしかないと思い受診したが.... 問診表も書かず、プライバシーの配慮もない診察室に呼ばれ、看護師が10秒程度の問診。こんなんで分かるのか?と疑問を感じながら診察を待っていると、例の女医登場。レビューにも書いてあった通りの医者だった。首から胸元にかけてアトピーが再発したため、かかりつけでステロイド(第3群)を出されコントロールしていたため、アトピーの症状こそはなくなったが、副作用としてニキビが出現していた。そのため、今は薬で症状はなくなってはいるが、アトピー肌には変わりないため保湿剤(尿素系)の薬を継続し出して欲しいといった所、無理。出せない。と、ニキビの所には保湿剤は出せない、とにかく乾燥させろと。....は?乾燥がニキビを発症させるから塗りたいのだがこっちは。保湿剤を出して欲しいなら、ここのクリニック専用の保湿剤でないと出せないから。と言われ出されたのがノブという保湿剤。得体のしれない保湿剤だし、1400円と高額。また、瘙痒感が増強したので抗ヒスタミン薬も出して欲しいといったところ、蕁麻疹にしか出せないから。と。呆れて何も言えませんでした。 処方箋は貰わず、診察のみで1000円支払うはめに。 医師ならば患者さんの現病、既往、現在の症状、現在内服している薬等、あらかじめ把握し患者さんの訴えに耳を傾け治療方針を決めて行くべきではないでしょうか。問診表も記載しない、看護師の数分の問診ではその人の事をしっかり診ることは出来ないと思います。皮膚科は緊急性はないですが、長年皮膚病を患い闘っている患者さんは多くいます。1人でも多くの人がレビューを読んで頂きたいです。

ここは口コミどおりの病院です。 土曜の夜に陥入爪で痛み始め、評判悪いのは知りながら日曜日開いているこちらを訪問。例の女医さんが見るなり「切れば楽になるけど腫れてて切れない、来週また来て」と言われて試供品の石鹸と軟膏と抗生物質4日分(来週来るまでに足りてないけど…)を出される。確かに赤くはなっていたのでそういうものかと帰る。翌週訪問、赤みは引いていたので切ってもらえるかなと思っていたが、陥入爪なので触れば痛い。また例の女医さんが見るなり触って痛いか聞かれたので素直に痛いと言うとまた来週来てと言われ終了。陥入爪は放置しても痛みがなくなるようなものではないので、これ一生直してくれないなと感じ、他の病院へ。もちろん痛みはありましたが、そこではすぐに爪を切ってくれてようやく痛みから開放されました。日曜日に開いてるからといって訪問するのは時間の無駄です。

薄毛に悩み、以前年配の男性の先生に診てもらっていました。社会人になり、忙しく、行けなくなりましたが、上司からJ大学病院の皮膚科で効果があったと教えてもらい、先日こちらに紹介状を書いて欲しいとお願いしに行きました。元々電話して確認していましたが、今通っている訳ではないから症状を診ないと分からないから紹介状を書けるか分からないとは言われていました。 しかし、行くなり皆さんも口コミに書かれている例の女医さんからこれはもう毛根が死んでいるから何をやっても無理ですの一点張り。とりあえず週2できっちり来てとの事。しかも、話しを聞いていくと、女医さんも本当は大学病院に紹介状を出したい患者が沢山いるが、コロナのせいで出せてないから、そもそもあなたには出せません!と言われました。 本当に色々驚きました。何をやっても無理ならここにも来なくてよくない?そもそも紹介状が欲しくて行ったのに元々書けないなら電話の時に言ってくれれば良かったのに…などなど私の中で思う所は沢山ありました。ちなみに診察料もきっちり取られましたよ笑 その後、津田沼駅反対側(徒歩2分くらい)にあるM皮膚科に行ったら初診にも関わらず、きちんと話しを聞いてもらい、紹介状をすんなり書いてもらえました。 この口コミを見て一人でも多くの方がここに来ない事を願うばかりです。 ホームページの医師紹介で、「自分自身が患者として通うならという視点で常に考えています」と書いてありますが、笑ってしまうくらい大嘘です。 病院の受付は医師に似るんですかね?受付も高圧的で対応は良くありませんでした。
