★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社が本当にだめ。4月から給湯器壊れて、11月で修理する。ゴミ全部捨てたのに、ゴミ代7万払う言われた？？書類もしっかりと保管できなくて、なかなか家賃を振り込まないから、聞いたら、もう一回契約記入させた。説明も不足、退去の立ち合いの時、エアコン掃除料かかるいわれた。(説明時、全然聞いてないのに)。不明点あれば、LINE、電話したのに、全然返事してもらわない。賃貸なら、この会社をきちんと考えたほうがいい。僕は初め評価する。すごく不満。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミに書いてあるような安心出来る営業スタッフさんが本当にいらっしゃるんでしょうか。
審査の可否や、お金に関することなどの大事な連絡も来ず、不安になって問い合わせてもなかなか返信が来ません。
明日連絡しますと送られながらも数日間放置されることが何度もあり、その都度進捗を伺わないと動いてくれませんでした。
返信の中には毎回「大変申し訳ございません」と入ってますが、改善する気は無いのではと感じられます。
書類内容の間違いに対して謝罪もなく、書類自体の不足も発生していた為、何度も記入と提出が必要でした。
今回、事前に高評価のクチコミを見たうえで選ばせて頂きましたが、それらの高評価からは納得のできないご対応でした。
たまたま津田沼店の良くない営業さんに当たってしまっただけなのか、手数料が半額だからということで普段から雑な仕事をされているのかはわかりかねますが、今後またエイブル様で仲介してもらおうとは思えません。お金と時間を返してほしいです。
低評価レビューを信じれば良かったです。
