部屋周辺の環境に対する相談への対応は、無粋で面倒なような対応をされる。
出来ることなら2度と関わりたくない不動産屋である。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マドカホーム全体ではなく、1人の職員による対応が酷すぎる。
電話対応・接客態度が有り得ない、電話では言い訳ばかりで直接話せばこちらが言った事に対して、何としてでも言い返し揚げ足をとろうする話し方に加え逆ギレの様な態度をとる。
数年住んでいる部屋で3月程前から謎の機械音に悩まされ自分で音の発生源を突き止め、我慢の限界に達している状態でマドカホームに連絡した所上記のような対応をされた。
もう退去以外での連絡をする事は無い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度が悪いので、口コミ書きにきたら、みんな同じ思いをしていると知って、仕方ないな、運が悪かったとあきらめることができた。
ちなみに、客として要望を伝えたら、クレームつけるなら、金返すから、契約の更新をしなくていいといわれました。不動産屋さんが言っていい言葉じゃないね。
