何時も旦那が会社に行く際に使わせていただいてますが、電話口で10～15分程お時間頂きますと言いつつも、5分程度で来るのでとても助かっている。
やはり、頼んですぐ来ないタクシーは呼んだほうとしてはあまりいい気分ではないし、そこから今移動したいと思ってタクシーを頼むわけだから振興タクシーのように迅速な対応は素晴らしい。

I always use it when my husband goes to work, but while saying that I will take about 10 to 15 minutes at the telephone, it is very helpful because it comes in about 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャッシュレスで簡単に支払えるのが良いです。昔は失礼な運転手さんもいましたが、最近は普通です。社員教育がしっかりしてそうです。

感じは悪い。せっかちで面倒そうな口ぶり。
●運転手
行き先をスマホの地図で住所と一緒に見せても「それじゃ分からない」の一点張り。「お客さんそこ行ったことないの？」「困ったなーそれじゃ分からないなー」とふざけた物言い。敬語は一度も使わない。結局無線で場所を教えてもらったようでようやく出発。
●運転
40㎞制限の道路を70㎞で走行。前の車を煽っていた。信号待ち中に、急にバックしたと思ったら他のタクシー会社の車に道を譲っていた。運転は、10分で車酔いするほど下手くそ。
●総評
ただただ不快だった。

電話での対応はもちろん最悪。
俺様神様振興様な態度。
特に夕方以降の「振興タクシーでぇ〜〜〜〜す。」とマヌケに間延びした男事務の対応は吐き気がする。
ドライバーの運転ももちろん最悪。法定速度内で走ってるものなら後ろにビッタリ張り付かれて煽り運転は日常茶飯事。
早く潰れて従業員一同路頭に迷ってくださいww

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、敬語を使わないのが不快でした。こちらは対価を払って客として乗っています。見ず知らずの他人に対していきなりタメ口で話すのは失礼ではないでしょうか。
支払いの際も、電子マネーを使いたかったのですが初めての利用だったので支払い方が分からず。運転手にその旨を伝えると、見てわかんないの？的な口調で、後部座席についている画面を見ながら「それ」としか言われませんでした。操作は見ればすぐ分かったのですが、もう少し丁寧な言い方はできないのでしょうか。
運転も急発進急ハンドルで雑な運転でした。対応が良ければそれも気にならないのに…とにかく残念でした。
