オーナー様の人柄がとても優しくて素敵な
んです。
人柄や気持ちは、商品の味にしっかりと表現が
されます。
味は好みと言いますが、作る手の気持ちを
感じれない・汲み取れない味覚をお持ちで
はない方々は、何を口にしても残念な言葉しか
出ません。
私が通い続けるお店には、しっかりと意味が
有ります。
それは、オーナー様の人柄の良さです。
きちんとした方ですと、商品もとても良い。
