欲しかったものは、製造中止になったとのことで買えませんでしたが、似たものがあったのでそちらを購入しました。
最初に、接客してくれた女性店員さんに、マスクスプレーは２個セットでしか販売できませんと言われたのが不思議でした。webですと１個から購入できますし。どうしても欲しいなら、５００円ガチャ（ハンドクリームや各種フレグランス）で引くか、２個購入してくださいとのことでした。
その店員さんがいなくなったタイミングで別の店員さんから無事購入できましたが。なかなかもやもやする接客でした。
＊販売方法についてHPで問い合わせ中です。セット販売が会社の方針であれば、まったく問題ないので回答次第で星変更します。
⇒下記のような回答を頂きました。詳細を聞くと、最初に対応してくれたスタッフさんは派遣スタッフで知識が浅かったようです。責任者の方は、真摯に対応するといってくれたので星1→3にしておきます。
＜回答＞会社の方針でセット売りのみ実施というのは決めておらず、また単品での購入も可能です。スタッフが誤ったご案内をしてしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、猛省しております。
I asked for a mask spray.
I couldn't buy what I wanted because it was discontinued, but I bought it because there was something similar.
At first, it was strange that the female clerk who served the customer told me that the mask spray could only be sold as a set of two. You can purchase from one on the web. If you really want it, you can either draw it with a 500 yen gacha (hand cream or various fragrances) or buy two.
I was able to purchase from another clerk safely when the clerk disappeared. It was a very hazy customer service.
* We are inquiring about the sales method on our website. If set sales are the company policy, there is no problem at all, so we will change the star depending on the answer.
⇒We received the following answers. When asked about the details, it seems that the staff who responded first was a dispatched staff and had little knowledge. The person in charge told me that he would respond sincerely, so I will set the star to 1 → 3.
