LEDライトの数値により、美白やお肌のコラーゲンをアップさせると言った効果はかれこれ10年ほど前から噂には聞いておりましたが、それがホットヨガスタジオに設置されるとは画期的です。
マットの位置まで予め予約出来るし、数量は限られているけどダイソンのドライヤーも設置されているし、近くにある某ホットヨガより販促もしつこくないし、中々良いと思いました。
適度に通えばお肌も艶々になります(^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても気持ち良い。感染対策もしっかりしているし、そもそもコロナ禍以前でもいつも清潔です。レッスンもほぼほぼ充実しており健康維持出来ています。
It feels very good. Infection control is good, and it is always clean even before the corona disaster. The lessons are almost fulfilling and I am able to maintain my health.
