カラー剤を塗る時ががさつで、髪を何度も引っ張られて痛かったです。髪が絡まってるところも櫛で力任せに梳かしながら染められたのですが、中々注意する勇気が持てずにその痛みに耐え続けていた為、カラーの時間が本当に辛かったです。「痛いですか？」等気遣いの言葉があれば、言えたかもしれませんがその機会もありませんでした。また、シャンプーをする時も荒っぽくて、顔が何度も濡れました。そこで、遂に私も勇気を振り絞って注意したところ苦笑され、「我慢して下さいね」と言われました。まさかの返答に唖然としていました。何で私が我慢する必要があるのでしょうか。更に、リンス後に「ちょっと待ってて下さいね」と言って何処かに行き、私の頭皮が冷えきるまで待たされました。評価は高いので、訪れるのを楽しみにしていましたが、期待外れでした。何でこんな評価が高いのか私には分かりません。美容室で嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。もう訪れる事はないでしょうが、この口コミを見て少しでも私のように嫌な思いをする人が現れないようにプロ意識を持って対応してほしいです。

If there were words of concern, such as "Are you hurt?" Also, the shampoo was rough and my face was wet many times. So, I was finally laughing and laughing, and said, "Please be patient". I was stunned by the unexpected response. Why do I need to be patient? After rinsing, I said, "Please wait a moment," and went somewhere and waited until my scalp was cold. The evaluation was high, so I was looking forward to visiting it, but it was disappointing. I don't know why this rating is high. This is the first time I have a bad feeling in a beauty salon. You won't be visiting anymore, but I'd like you to work with a professional mind so that no one who feels bad like me when you see this review.

先日言ったんですが 店内 サービス付問題ないんですが とりあえず下手です 左右でツーブロック広さが違う 左に関しては1部長い完璧にミスやと思う
評価がいいが鵜呑みにしない方がいい ハズレの場合もあるので注意⚠️

とても丁寧にしていただきありがとうございました。とても上手だと思います。
しかし女性スタッフの受付やバックルームでの大声での談笑がとても気になります。
しかも営業中にもかかわらず、席についてセットしだすスタッフもいました。
スタッフの教育はしてないのかな？と感じました。
