★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神明公園にある展望台です。県営名古屋空港の滑走路の目の前なので飛行機やヘリコプターの離着陸が見られます。
It is the observation deck in Shing Ming park. Since it is in front of the runway of prefectural Nagoya Airport, you can see takeoff and landing of an airplane or a helicopter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県営名古屋空港の滑走路（北側の半分程度まで）をここから見渡すことができます。
滑走路の南側は、JAXAの研修センターが死角になるためここからは目視できません。
よって、滑走路の南側から進入（RWY34）する航空機は、地上走行（着陸時）または浮上寸前～浮上後（離陸時）の状態しか見ることができないため、注意が必要です。
特に、離陸機は加速した状態で死角から飛び出して来るので、エアバンド受信機が欲しくなります…
なお、RWY34の離着陸機は、空港ターミナルの展望デッキ等から死角なく見ることができます。
You can overlook the runway of Nagoya Airport (up to about half the north side) from here.
The JAXA training center is blind spot on the south side of the runway and cannot be seen from here.
Therefore, caution is required as aircraft approaching from the south side of the runway (RWY34) can only see the state of taxiing (at landing) or just before ascent to after ascent (at takeoff).
In particular, the takeoff aircraft comes out of the blind spot in an accelerated state, so I want an airband receiver ...
In addition, the take-off and landing aircraft of RWY34 can be seen from the observation deck etc. of the airport terminal without blind spots.

北方面を撮影などしたいなら北駐車場の上が良いと思う
There is an observatory with a nice view and a roof, so it's helpful in the rain
If you want to shoot the north direction, I think it's better to go above the north parking lot.
