★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 面白いところだよ。デジタルでぐいぐい行ってるカメラ業界に、あえて、アナログの魅力を発信してるところ。インスタントカメラ系を中心に、一眼レフ用の変わったアナログレンズも販売してる。スタッフもゆったりいい感じ。またこの店舗が入っているアーツ千代田 3331という場所が元中学校を改装したアーティストたちの発表の場のようなところで非常に面白い。洒落たベーカリーカフェもあるよ。
 It's an interesting place. It's a place where you can tell the charm of analog to the digital camera industry. We sell unusual analog lenses for single-lens reflex cameras, mainly for instant cameras. The staff feels good. The place where the store is located, Arts Chiyoda 3331, is very interesting, like a place where artists who have renovated a former junior high school have announced. There is also a fancy bakery cafe.

お店の入り口が最高にエモい。
品揃えもそこそこあって見応えあり！

来店顧客への対応は他のレビューをご参照ください。
注文したものとは完全に違う商品を発送しておいて、「あなたが返送してきた誤商品に問題がないことを確認してから正商品を発送します」という対応は失礼ですし、ビジネスとして有り得ません。
こちらが破損、汚損、或いはすり替えることを疑っているように感じられます。
まずは発送し、こちらが返品しない場合は法的措置を取るなどいくらでも手の打ちようがあるのではないでしょうか。
簡単なお詫びの手紙は入っていましたが、クーポンもノベルティ等も特になし。
完全に日本の商習慣に適応できていません。
ことオンラインストアに関しては、良質なレンズを手がける海外メーカーの傘下にある、質の悪いサービスを提供する現地法人だと感じました。

It is rude and as a business to ship a product that is completely different from the one you ordered and then ship the correct product after confirming that there is no problem with the wrong product you returned. It's impossible.
It feels like you suspect that this is damaged, soiled, or replaced.
I think there are many ways to do it, such as shipping it first and taking legal action if it is not returned.
There was a simple apology letter, but there were no coupons or novelties in particular.
I haven't completely adapted to Japanese business customs.
Regarding the online store, I felt that it was a local subsidiary that provided poor quality services under the umbrella of an overseas manufacturer that handles high-quality lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is alright. But they don’t do film developing anymore which seems bizarre considering the basis of the lomography idea. Don’t see anything online to say they don’t do it either. Other than the sign for the store where they’ve painted over the section that I assume previously said developing. Wasted trip.
