今も、「杉の香りがする」とよく言われます。珪藻土の壁は、夏の湿気を吸ってくれて、快適です。
ロハスのリフォームの醍醐味は、デザイナーさんと夢を語る時間です。
こんな感じ こんな雰囲気といったイメージや希望を妥協無くかたちにしてくれます。
また、既存の物を最適なかたちで配置できるように一緒に考えてくれます。
住んでいる今も満足ですが、毎週話し合いにスタジオに行くのが、楽しかったぁ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古マンションのスケルトンリフォームで2010年にお世話になりました。その後もロハスクラブのハンディマンのサービスで換気扇掃除などで定期的にお世話になっています。
珪藻土空間、床はヒノキと桐の天然木、二重サッシにしてもらい、マンションですが入居以来結露が出来ませんし 湿度も一年中心地良く、夏は爽やか、冬は暖かです。
カフェのようなお家だね〜！と言われます。
細かい注文もすくい上げてもらい、理想の我が家を作ってもらいました！
