こちらの会社に所有権のある物件を、別の仲介会社を通し、購入の検討をしていました。内見後、購入意思の確認がありましたが、何点かリフォームを希望したい箇所があった為、その見積もりやローン審査の結果を待ってから購入意思を示そうと思い、その場では結論を出さず、先の仲介会社を介し、先方との話を進めていました。ところが、ある程度の概算が出た為、ローン審査の申し込みをしようとした矢先、こちらの会社で別の方が物件の内見をし、そのまま契約に至ったとの話を聞きました。結果、物件は諦めざるを得なくなりました。もっとも、早急に結論を出さなかった自分にも落ち度はありますし、ビジネスである為、早い者勝ちになるのは致し方ないのかもしれませんが、ある程度の話を進めており、先方もその過程を把握していた筈ですので、事前に連絡等があっても良かったのではないかと思い、残念な気持ちになりました。ご参考になればと思います。

After introspecting, there was confirmation of purchase intention, but there were some points where I wanted to reform, so I thought I would show the purchase intention after waiting for the estimate and the result of the loan examination, and make a conclusion on the spot Instead, I was talking with the other person through the intermediary company. However, because I had a rough estimate to some extent, I heard that another person at this company took a look inside the property immediately before trying to apply for a loan examination and reached the contract as it was. As a result, the property had to give up. However, there is a fault in myself who did not make a quick decision, and since it is a business, it may be unavoidable to win first-come-first-served basis, but I am proceeding with some talk and the other party is in the process.
