過去に数回利用してますが次回からはあべのハルカス店を利用します。理由としてはざっくり4点・店舗に直接電話しても基本的に出ません（高島屋の代表番号に電話→言伝を頼むという流れのほうが確実です・来店予約した際に名前と用件を伝えていても店員が全く覚えていないので確認に待たされます・来店予約(時間指定)しても店員がいないケースが多く、隣のブースの店員に声をかけてそこからこちらの店舗の店員が呼び出されて慌ててやってくる・電話に出たとしても確認のため何度も保留で待たされる（言伝後、折り返し電話にて名前と用件を伝えても把握しておらず待たされます。電話があったことだけ確認して戻ってくるので要件を伝えると再度待たされます。たまたまとは言えないほど上記が発生しているので早く要件を済ませたいという方はこちらの店舗はおすすめしません。唯一のメリットはアクセスがいいというだけです。

Only confirm that there was a call I will come back to you, so if you tell me your requirements, you will have to wait again. This store is not recommended for those who want to complete the requirements as soon as possible because the above has occurred so much that it cannot be said that it happens. The only benefit is good access.
