★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 憧れのシモンズのベットが欲しくて、他店に行った所残念な対応だったので、キャンセルし、その日にナナオに行きました。イライラしながら行ったにもかかわらず、ベット一台ごとの特徴をカンペもなく熱心に説明してくれました。サービスもしてもらったので、枕を購入して、シーツも、その後絨毯まで購入する事に。絨毯も一枚ずつ手間を惜しまず柄を見せて説明してくれました。そして、最後の精算でミラクルがおきました。全ての金額が驚いた事に、キャンセルした前店と全く同じ価格になったのです！しかも、お届け日が2週間も早くなりました。
これぞプロの接客という対応をしてもらいました。夢見ていたシモンズでしたので、とても嬉しかったです。
