★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての住み替えのためいろいろな不安を抱えて利用。味気ない対応という印象で、最初は、感じましたが、社内の雰囲気が良いのが意外にも気が紛れて、落ち着いて部屋探しができました。内見では、積極性はなく、お客本意？なのか、質問しないと余計なことは言わない印象。見落としのないよう、事前に、確認事項などは、明確にしていたので、スタッフとやりとりは、スムーズでした。写真で気になる物件を内見すると、駐車場やそれまでの道幅など、現実感の確認は大事で、数件内見し、目当ての物件に行き着くことができて良かったです。あとは、申し込み後入居が決まるのを願うばかりです。アフターケアでは、実際に住んでからでないと分かりませんが、他者の電話対応が聞こえてくる限りでは、親切丁寧な対応のようで好感が持てたので、安心しました。

Looking at the property you are interested in in the photo, it is important to check the reality such as the parking lot and the road width up to that point, and it was good to be able to take a look at several cases and arrive at the property you were looking for. After that, I just hope that the move-in will be decided after the application. In aftercare, I don't know until I actually live, but as long as I can hear other people's phone calls, it seems like a kind and polite response, so I was relieved.
