★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの施設長さんは、利用者との間に問題が起きた時に、後になってから、つまりいくらでも嘘がつける状況になってから、それまで言っていなかった「実は私は事前に言うべきことを言っていた」を言い出す方で、それを「でもこれ言った言わないの問題ですから、今更どうしようもないですね。はい、この件これで終わりでいいですね」と言って起きた問題を解決しようとする方なので、利用されるのであれば、大事な会話は録音しておくことをお勧めします。
施設長さんがそういう方であることを除けば、いい施設だと思います。
単純に思慮が浅かったというだけだとは思いますが、「言った言わないの問題と言えば起きた問題は簡単に解決出来る」という誤った学習を、自分の問題解決能力の高さだと勘違いしたまま大人になられた方、という印象を受けました。
私はそういう方と関わりを続けることはリスキーだと判断し、利用を途中でやめました。
