新築したのに別庁舎のままで役所改革をしてもらいたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こういった公共施設の評価とコメントにはちょっと気を遣いますが。住民票を取るなどの市民サービスや、福祉関連の相談や手続きが比較的スムーズに行えます。ただし福祉関連の場合には居住地によりこちらでは出来ない場合も（「中区」対象かも）。
余談ですが、先日伺った際に子どもが指人形を忘れて帰りました。家に着いてから気がついたので、こちらに忘れた・落としたとは限らないのですが、念のため連絡してみると。職員さん達が必死で探してくれ結局見つからなかったものの、その親身な対応には感謝しかありません。
そんな職員さん達ですから、窓口や個別対応・指導も所謂「お役所仕事」ではなく信頼出来るのが判りますね。
I'm a little concerned about the evaluation and comments of these public facilities. Citizen services such as taking a resident's card and welfare related consultations and procedures can be performed relatively smoothly. However, in the case of welfare-related cases, it may not be possible here depending on the place of residence (may be subject to “Naka Ward”).
As an aside, when I visited the other day, my child forgot his finger doll and went home. I noticed it when I got home, so I didn't always forget or dropped it here, but just contact me just in case. Although the staff looked desperately and did not find it after all, I can only appreciate the friendly response.
Because of these staff, you can see that the window, individual response, and guidance are reliable, not so-called “office work”.
