★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グルテンフリーでもすごく美味しいケーキたち(・∀・)チョコレート系からチーズ系など何を食べてもハズレなしです。お砂糖もこだわってるようです。ケーキ食べるならここがいいですネ。

グルテンフリーときいてあまり美味しく無いのかなと思ってましたが、普通のケーキ屋さんと何ら変わらないです。オープンしたときよりも今の方が美味しいです。
シュークリームは、日によって、皮がしっとりしてる時とさくっとしてるときがあります。

濃厚なバタークリームというよりバターホイップのような軽い口当たりで優しいお味のバターサンドでした♫

平日の夕方伺いました。
それにも関わらず、来店者が多く驚きました。
本当にグルテンフリーとは思えないくらい美味しいです。
特に、アパマテはチョコが濃厚！ｳﾏｲ！
ぐっさん家の放送を拝見してようやく行けました☆

グルテンフリーで、小麦粉不使用とは思えないほど美味しかったです。
12月、誕生日用にショートケーキを購入。問題なく美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄本山駅から歩いて２分ほどの場所にあるケーキ屋さん、週末の午後に利用してみました。
コチラで販売しているのはすべてグルテンフリーのスイーツということでショーケースには１５種類ほどのケーキが並んでいました。
その中からアパマテ とX'masショートケーキの２点を購入、アパマテは漆黒のチョコレートを纏った美しいビジュアル、中はミルクチョコとビターチョコの２層のムースで存分にチョコレートを堪能できて美味しいです。
一方のX'masショートケーキはクリスマスらしい飾りがありますがあとは普通のショートケーキですね。しっとりとしたスポンジに甘さ控えめのクリームで普通に美味しいショートケーキでした。

On the other hand, the X'mas shortcake has Christmas-like decorations, but the rest is a normal shortcake. It was a delicious shortcake with a moist sponge and a cream with a low sweetness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グルテンフリーということで、とても食べやすさを感じました！普通のお菓子とあまり変わりません。原材料にこだわられているようです。
チーズタルト:名物とのことで購入しました。一口めは酸味を感じました！ねっとりしていなくて、ふわふわ(ふさふさ？もさもさ？)な感じで、とても美味しかったです。甘さ控えめです。
いちごのタルト:生クリームの中にカスタードが少し入っていました。他のタルト屋さんと比べるとバター感は少し弱めですが、全然気になりません。普通のものと同じ感覚で食べられました。そして驚いたのは苺のおいしさです...！酸味を全く感じませんでした！フルーツ美味しいです?
他にも焼き菓子があったので、ちょっとした贈り物にもできると思います！

Strawberry tart: There was a little custard in the cream. The butteriness is a little weaker than other tart shops, but it doesn't bother me at all. It was eaten with the same feeling as a normal one. And what surprised me was the deliciousness of the strawberries ...! I didn't feel any sourness! Fruit is delicious ?
There were other baked goods, so I think they can be used as a small gift!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d been a few times and the treats were always good. Then I wanted a cake for my husband’s birthday and after we tried this, I don’t think I’ll be getting anything else (gateau chocolat). It is just sweet enough to be delicious and not too sweet. I don’t do well eating much sugar or gluten (or milk or eggs) but this doesn’t bother me in the least... not to mention it’s really good with a splash of whiskey. Love this place... we’ll be back every one or two months for a cake... can’t believe it’s in my neighborhood.
UPDATE: Lilac created a new type of chocolate cake - “Fondan Chocolat.” It is my favorite desert I’ve eaten in Japan ?See my photo of the two pieces of cake below. “Gateau Chocolat” is on the left (same type as my husband’s birthday cake from the other photo) and “Fondan Chocolat” is on the right. The Gateau Chocolat has a mild sweetness and is dense and delicious - like a thick brownie but less sweet. The Fondan Chocolat is very rich and creamy, almost a fudge-like ganache - it is sweeter than anything I’ve tried in Japan. They are both incredible. My husband and I have these on repeat... Perfect with Hibiki Japanese Harmony or Yamazaki 12 ?
