★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての来訪であり、不明点を教えていただきたいと依頼したが、受付は横柄、説明も無し。
混雑していたため、仕方ないと思っていたが、
最初の説明不足が原因で、手続の最終段階で希望と異なる処理結果が発覚。
その後も、謝罪もなければ上から目線。
後日、新たなミスが発覚したが、あからさまに面倒な様子で対応。
酷すぎる対応に、怒りがおさまりません。
