コーヒーはサイフォン式で、苦味が少なく、さっぱりした味わいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土手町のホテルから出て駅に向かう途中で朝食をいただくために立ち寄りました。内装が外から少し伺えるため、女性一人でも入りやすかったです。
店内の席数はカウンター3席、2～3名用テーブル5席で、お洒落な洋楽が流れております。
今回はモーニングセットとワッフル注文させていただきましました。
モーニングセットの内約は、プレートのたまごサラダと軽く焼き目のついたハム、目玉焼き。具沢山でコンソメの優しい味わいが特徴のスープ。厚切りのトースト、バター&ジャムは適量で少なくはないです。
ワッフルは焼きたてのものを提供してくれます。サクサクでほんのり甘く食べやすかったです。ちなみにモーニングセットとワッフルで結構お腹一杯になります。笑
今回いただかなかったのですがコーヒーはサイフォンで淹れてるらしく、水は全て十和田霊泉と八甲田伏流水を試用しているそうです。
機会があれば次はコーヒーをいただきに来ようと思いました。
We dropped in to get breakfast on the way from the hotel in Totemachi to the station. Because the interior can be seen from the outside, it was easy for even one woman to enter.

I ordered a morning set and a waffle this time.
The morning set consists of a plate egg salad, lightly baked ham and fried egg. A soup with a lot of ingredients and a gentle taste of consomme. Thick slices of toast, butter and jam are the right amount.
Waffles offer freshly baked food. It was crispy and slightly sweet and easy to eat. By the way, the morning set and waffles will fill you up. Lol
I didn't have this time, but the coffee seems to be siphoned and all the water is using the Towada Reizumi and Hakkoda Fushiryo.
If there was an opportunity, I decided to come next for coffee.
