ありがたいです。感謝。感謝。
I wash my car almost once a week ✨ The store has a clean and luxurious feel, and while I was washing the car I was waiting in the owner lounge to relax with my favorite latte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商談がちゃんと進まぬ限り、一定以上の個人情報は無駄に出したくないのですが、「後日下取りの査定結果をお伝えしたいから」と個人情報をきっちり搾取しといて、待てど暮らせど結局ほったらかしです。
自動車メーカーというより、企業としての個人情報の認識及び取り扱いは三流です。

Rather than an automobile manufacturer, the recognition and handling of personal information as a company is third-rate.

いろんなレクサス車を試乗名目で借りたり出来るのが素晴らしい！
無料で洗車をしてもらえるのは嬉しいけどなんだかそれだけの為に行くのはちょっとって雰囲気があります
追伸2020.10現在
残念ながら洗車サービスが有料になってます。コロナの影響もあってか暇つぶしにラウンジに来る人が居ないのでガラガラでした
なんとなくですがレクサス 相模原の方がいいような気がします

It is wonderful to be able to rent various Lexus cars under the name of test drive!
I'm glad that you can wash the car for free, but it feels a bit like going there just for that.
PS As of October 2020
Unfortunately, there is a charge for the car wash service. It was rattling because no one came to the lounge to kill time, probably because of the influence of Corona.
Somehow, I feel that Lexus Sagamihara is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポとって行ったのに二時間以上ほったらかし、暗にさっさと帰れと言われてる感じがした、ブランドイメージがあるのは分かるがこんな対応ではレクサス自体のイメージダウンにしかならないと思います（接客の酷さから車は他店で購入しました）
Even though I took an appointment, I left it for more than two hours, and I felt like I was told to go home quickly. I understand that there is a brand image, but I think that such a response will only reduce the image of Lexus itself (the harshness of customer service). I bought the car at another store)
