り	りこるぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クルマにつけた補助装置の具合が思わしくなかったので、突発的な感じで入庫して、応急処置的な整備をしてもらい出庫したのですが、出庫してすぐに再発してしまい、車が走行不能になってしまったので、クルマはとりあえずおいて、当方は身体障碍者で歩けずに車いすなので、車いすでGSTに行きました。時間は閉店ぎりぎりの時刻で、柵はすでに閉められてましたが、人は見えるところであれこれしていたので、柵の外から聞こえる大声で「すいません、クルマが動かなくなってしまったんですけど～！」と何度か叫んでいたのですが、聞こえるところに人はいて、こっちを見ているのですが、自分の声に耳を傾けることはなく、自分の作業をするだけで何も手を止めてくれませんでした。何度も、何度も、何度も叫んでいるうちに、ほかの作業員が出てきて通りかかり、自分の車の状態を説明したら、取り付けたほじょそおうちの担当者がようやく出てきて、急場しのぎはかろうじてできました。こちらが困っていて叫んでいるのに、それを目の前で聞いていながら、無視をして、自分のことしかしない・・・。そんな扱いを受けたので、そういう扱いをする人材がいる、という時点で、自分がその扱いを受けた立場として、この店に対する信頼は無くなりました。 The condition of the auxiliary device attached to the car was not good, so I suddenly entered the car and had it repaired as a first aid measure, but it recurred immediately after leaving the car and the car was running.
