Total 200,000 yen for battery replacement, oil replacement, air cleaner replacement, etc. I wonder if I would do this because I had a tight maintenance. I have a sense of security because I saw it at Lexus. I received a souvenir. Imabari hand towel. The substitute car is IS 300h

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レクサスのオーナーです。今回は定期点検整備で訪れました。いつもながらの丁寧なもてなしとオーナーズラウンジの居心地の良さは他のディーラーでは味わうことができません。日替わりで出されるお菓子と飲み物。ありとあらゆる場所が清潔で輝いてます。点検整備だけにとどまらずワイパーブレードやエンジンオイルなど必ず毎回交換されます。あと洗車も天気にかかわらずされます。愛車がいつも万全のコンディションに保たれる安心感もプラス要素です。
I am the owner of Lexus. This time I visited for regular inspection and maintenance. The usual courteous hospitality and coziness of the owner's lounge cannot be experienced at any other dealer. Daily sweets and drinks. Everywhere is clean and shining. Not only inspection and maintenance, but also wiper blades and engine oil are always changed. Car wash is also done regardless of the weather. A sense of security that keeps your car in perfect condition is also a plus factor.

スタッフさんのクオリティの高さにはいつも感心しております。
が、今回気になったところは二つ。
女性用トイレに備え付けのアメニティ、ハンドクリームの中身がなかったこと。アルコール消毒で肌が乾燥していたので地味にショックでした。
他の商談に入っていたセールスさんの声が大きく丸聞こえだったこと。それがまたたまたま私たちが見積していただいていた車種を
あまりよく言っておられなくてちょっと気まづい思いをしました。
チョコレート美味しかったです！またお邪魔します(^^)

There were no amenities and hand creams provided in the women's toilet. I was shocked because my skin was dry due to alcohol disinfection.
The voice of Mr. Sales, who was in another business talk, was heard loudly. It happened to be the car model we were estimating
I didn't say it very well and I felt a little confused.
