★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのレクサスのホスピタリティは素晴らしいです。レクサスやトヨタというと、車いじりを嫌がることが多いですが、このお店はまったく異なります。他車種のパーツを快く取付けてくれたり、エンジンパフォーマンスを上げる提案をしてくれたりと色々やってくれます！
受け付けスタッフの方をはじめ、営業担当者の方々、ピットの方々皆様が親切で暖かいです！
家から離れていても通いたくなってしまうほどのレクサス店です！Mr.MAXの隣にあるのでお買い物中に洗車をお願いすることもできちゃいます！
 The hospitality of Lexus here is amazing. Lexus and Toyota often hate messing around with cars, but this shop is completely different. They will be happy to install parts from other models, and will make suggestions to improve engine performance.
The reception staff, sales staff, and pits are all kind and warm!
It's a Lexus store that makes you want to go even if you're away from home! Since it is next to Mr.MAX, you can ask for a car wash while shopping!

レクサス店の中には、外見は丁寧でも心ここにあらずという感じの営業所がありますが、ここはホントに丁寧親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外車からの乗り換えを検討していて土曜の昼頃に訪問。
小雨が降ってたので駐車場まで女性の受付の方が傘を持って迎えにきてくれたけど運転手の私でなく助手席の嫁を雨に濡れないようにしてほしかった。
私だけ濡れずに嫁は雨に濡れさせて店内に案内するつもりだったのだろうか‥‥
店内に入って席を案内されてカルテを記入しても10分程誰も来ず。
受付の女性に「どなたか来ますか？」と言った所「いま担当者が向かいます」と言われたが一向に来ず。
またしばらくすると別の女性の方がきて「何かお飲みになりますか？」と言われたので「あとどのくらいで担当者きますか？すぐ来そうなら飲み物頼ませてもらうけどまだ時間かかりそうなら日を改めるので担当者が来る目安を教えてください。」と伝えたところ、「確認します。」と言ったきり5分ほど帰ってこない。
これは縁がなかったなと帰りました。
近所だったからラフな格好で行ったから見下されたのかな。

体温計測、消毒をしてから入店です。
毎月第一土曜日はピアノの生演奏ありです。
対応はもちろん良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は貧困層ですし、ましてや免許すらないのですが、とある行動でここのお店はすごくいい店であると思いました。
それは、開店前の毎朝の清掃です。
店員さん全員が車を磨くだけではなく、店の外の掃除、ただ、敷地内だけではなく、店の真向かいにあるマンション前の道路を掃き掃除したりと、幅広く清掃されており、店内どころか、店外まで全て美しく清掃されております。
また、清掃中に店の前を通ると挨拶をしてくださります。おはようございます。
この一言がとても心を引き寄せられます。
きっと、接客も丁寧なんだろうなぁという印象を受けました。
接客とかを総じての口コミではありませんが、
私はこの毎朝の清掃を見る限りはきっといい店だと思いました。
