★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for anything sweet or soft you won't find it here! Most of their bread is on the harder side and have a bit of sourness. I am a fan of their pizza bread, baguettes and raisin bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite hard to find bread that isn't the sweet Wonderbread type in Japan, but you can at this bakery.
Multigrain European style loaves is what you'll find here, although a bit on the pricy side. Which is also what pushed me to learn to bake bread myself, so thank you, Levain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is undeniable taste that comes out from scrupulous attention to the quality of bread beginning with organic grain that didn't get pesticides on it. The grain then was milled onsite on the back of the bakery that bakes bread in the oven lined up with stones taken from the base of the Mt. Fuji.
Taste is amazing. Rustic place with a heartfelt service!

It is good that they have an option of a half size french toast because even half portion is rather bib. But if you are still hungry, you can try other bread goods too.
