★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンは沢山あるが故障しているマシンもそれなりにあり
修理する気がないようにみえる。修理する気ならいつまでに修理終わるのか
書くと思うがそれがない
あと、終わった後のシャワールームが最悪。
シャワーの固定するところがグラグラだし色んな場所がカビだらけで
正直体にわるそう。

値段は安い方です。
店員は冷たい人がメインですが、ちゃんと挨拶してくれる方もいます。
Better than the nearby Actos.

ここレスポ大府では色々なヨガのプログラムがあります。
ホットヨガではありませんが、ゆるーく癒されたい小生にとっては理想的なプログラムが並びます。
アロマヨガや癒しのヨガ、ゆるゆるヨガややさしいヨガ等。名前だけでも癒されたり優しくなれそうなプログラムですね。
まだ小生はほんの少しかじった程度ですが、ゆるーくやさしく先生がご指導くださるので癒されてます。
他のジムではなかなかお見受けしないヨガの充実ぶりです。是非、あなたもレスポ大府でヨガをやってみては？

正直、安いだけのジムでお勧めはできません。
ロッカールームはホコリと毛だらけ
シャワールームは市営プール以下
駐車場は白線消えかけ
有酸素のテレビリモコンは一年以上壊れたまま
おばさん中心のスタジオはおしゃべりの井戸端
・・・中傷ではありません。会員になればわかります。
どこまでもシミッタレてます。

The white line disappears in the parking lot
Aerobic TV remote remains broken for over a year
Aunt-centered studio is chattering well end

会社帰りでも通いやすくお世話になっています。
ただし、質は料金相応。
水回りは汚いし、故障中のロッカーやマシンが多いです。
スタッフも受付以外には居ないことが多く、
好きに使ってくださいといった感じです。

シャワールームとロッカールームの汚さは以上です。シャワールームはもともと白っぽい色であったであろうパッキンは全面真っ黒(カビ)、床面はタイルですがそこにもピンクカビ。おそらくプライバシー用でついている防水用のカーテンにもカビだらけ。正直、吐きそうなのを我慢しながら薄目にして入ったりします。ロッカールームは四隅を始め全面的に髪の毛、体毛のオンパレード。一応はモップかけたりしてるみたいですがやっている姿を見る限り適当です。
では、器具の方はどうかというとマシンのオモリと繋がってるワイヤーがへたっていたりします。そして会員の方達のマナーもあまり良くなく、使い終わったマシンを拭くこともせずオモリをデフォルトに戻すことなく立ち去ります。
声出しトレーニングなどをしている方は見かけたことはないので静かではあります。
全体的に荒れ果てたジムではありますが安さはお勧めできます。
ただ、約倍の値段を払うことになりますがフィットイージーやアスティスとかの方が清潔感あるし移ろうかと悩んでます。

The shower room and locker room are dirty. The shower room would originally have been whitish, and the packing was completely black (mold), the floor was tile, but there was also pink mold. Perhaps even the waterproof curtains that are attached for privacy are full of mold. Honestly, I put it lightly while putting up something that I think I'm vomiting. The locker room is a parade of hair and body hair all over, starting at the four corners. At first it seems to be mop, but it is appropriate as long as you see what you are doing.
Then, the wire that is connected to the weight of the machine is worn down, if any, of the equipment. And the manners of the members are not so good either, and they do not wipe the used machine nor leave Omori without returning to the default.
Those who have been training out loud are quiet because they have never seen them.
It is a gym that has been ruined on the whole, but I can recommend the cheapness.
However, I will pay about twice the price, but I wonder if the Fiteasy and Astis have a sense of cleanliness and will move.

フリーウエイトコーナーのプレートが少ない。
ラックやベンチプレス用のベンチも１つだけ
ダンベルも２２キロまでしかない。
スペースが広大に余っているのに有効に使おうとするつもりがない
ほこりがマシンにたっぷり乗っている
スタッフがどうみても余っているのに仕事する気がない
もう少し重量が扱えるようにまずはしてほしい
It was nice that the shower booth became a private room and became beautiful.

Dumbbells are only 22kg.
I do not intend to use it effectively even though there is a lot of space
Dust is plenty on the machine
I don't want to work even though the staff is extra
