m	megarootsddd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月2980円は破格だと思います。この値段なら簡易的なジムがほとんどですが、ベンチプレスができますし、スミスマシンもあります。マシンは勿論、フリーウェイトが充実しているのは嬉しい。24時間営業なのも○ 惜しむらくはシャワールームがないこと。これが満たされていれば完璧だったのですが、値段からすれば仕方ないですね。【追記】マナーが悪い利用者が多くなってきたように思います。バーベルやダンベルを思いっきり落とす人、コロナの感染リスクがあるのに、友人同士でぺちゃくちゃ話している人、掛け声が大きい人、体重計の近くで座り込んでスマホをいじっている人… 特にスタッフのいない時間帯は無法地帯です。会費が安いので我慢していますが、アンケートでの要望も全く反映されませんし、多少高額でも別なジムへ替えようかと検討しています。 I think that 2980 yen a month is exceptional. It is cheap even if you combine the optional hydrogen water (not delicious), rental locker, collagen machine (tanning machine for men), and women's room usage fee. I especially like the collagen machine because it makes my hair silky. The staff are all kind.
