当時一人暮らしをしたく、
夜関係の仕事だと言ったら
詳しい話も聞かずに「契約出来ません」の一点張りをされました。
何故そうなのかの説明も何もなく、謝りの言葉も無く、納得行かないけど帰りました
はて、ここは入居審査が緩いので有名ではなかったんだろうか…？
他社のほうが親切で問題なく契約出来ましたが
まあ～、後から後からここは色々ありますよね…(笑)
結果、ここに関わらなくて心底良かったと思います！

ただ、内見などを同行せず、顧客に単独で行ってもらうのであれば、車で来店が基本ですので、駐車場がないのはちょっと…。
近くのコインパーキングを契約するとかにしてもらいたいなぁ。
内見に行って帰ってきて契約したら、駐車場代が1500円かかりました。
