「Q」購入時代には素晴らしい方がおられて「評価５」でしたが、その方が伊勢丹店に移動になり、S3を購入しても電話１本、メール１通も無いお店になってしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store with a really passionate and helpful staff. Helped me with everything I asked, from service pricing on my Leica Q to some accessories for the camera. They even called up their support center in Tokyo to check out the price for replacing my cracked EVF. Fantastic service, the prices are as expected when it comes to Leica. But you pay for their quality.

Very polite employees. Nordy and I were looking for a plug to our battery pack because we brought cords for Indonesia, not realizing that Japan was the same as the U.S.
Instead of up-selling us on a $200 cable, they recommended us going next door to purchase a converter instead. The converter was $12.
M-10s are in high demand so no, they will not have any in stock. You can get on their waiting list.
