ただ、駐車場は無く、トイレも貸していません。
因みに近くのセブンイレブンはトイレも駐車場もありました。
都内を車で仕事するとトイレに困るので、せめてトイレは貸して欲しい。

If you work in Tokyo by car, you have trouble with the toilet, so at least you should lend one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 亀有駅南口からゆうろーど（商店街）を抜けた先にある24時間営業のコンビニ。入り口付近に生鮮野菜類、チルド棚には肉、惣菜、デザートなど。仕事帰りに深夜利用しているが、店員さんは外国の人含めて皆、感じがよい。20時過ぎると値下げシールが貼られる。
A convenience store that is open 24 hours a day from the south exit of Kameari Station, through the Yu-Roudo (shopping street). Fresh vegetables near the entrance, meat, side dishes, desserts, etc. on the chilled shelf. I use it late at night after work, but all the staff, including foreigners, feel good. A price reduction sticker will be pasted after 20:00.
