★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん前の事ですが、主人のスーツを前払いでお願いして受け取りにいきました。しかし、なぜか受け取りの段階でサイズが大きいので差額を払って欲しいと言われました。本来ならば、お願いした段階で差額があるかもしれない旨を伝えてくれるか、作業を始める前に私に確認をするべきではないでしょうか? もしかしたら、その金額なら他のお店にするかもしれない。その選択肢を奪い、もうクリーニングしちゃったからちょーだい。と言うのはおかしい。
