l	l poo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらとは別のローソンでそばを購入し、箸が付いていなかったため深夜2時ごろ仕方なく立ち寄った。まずいらっしゃいませの挨拶が全く無し。お菓子2点とおにぎりを買って、付け忘れの箸を一膳お願いすると、「こちらの商品箸をおつけするような商品ではないと思いますが？」と夜勤の男性店員に言われた。他店舗での付け忘れがあったと伝えると、「それは他の店舗ですので。経営者も違いますし。そういう決まりなので」と断られました。思わず「え？は？」と声が漏れてしまいました。仕方なく箸を使うカップラーメンを購入。他店舗ではあっても系列は同じローソン、ましてや商品も買っています。サービス悪すぎです。挨拶はしないのにそういう意味不明な所はちゃんとするんですね。もう二度と行きません。 I bought soba at another Lawson, and since it didn't come with chopsticks, I had no choice but to stop by around 2 pm. 王	王子キツネ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おしぼりの提供無し。トイレはコロナで使用禁止。アマゾンの荷物を受け取りに行くと、レジのスキャン操作がろくに出来ないバイトが出てきて、機械が故障で渡せないとのこと。また取りに行くのも面倒なので、アマゾンカスタマーセンターへ取次店として不適格な店舗と苦情を入れておいた。当然取りに行かないのでアマゾンへ返品。アマゾンは受け取れなくて商品が戻された時には、２週間後に自動返金されるので支払いの心配は無用。商品は再度購入で別店舗での受け取りにしたよ。こんな酷い店舗なのを本部は知っているのだろうか？一度、立ち入り調査をした方がいい。 No hand towels provided.
