k	kemurisan煙々羅 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらに書いてあるコメントがとても良い評価ばかりなので自作自演なんじゃと邪推しながら利用したのですが本当に素晴らしい店舗でした。駐車場は広くトラックスペースはありませんが立地を考えるとわざわざスペースを作る必要は無さそうなので問題無いかと思います。品揃えも豊富で細かい所に手が届くと言うより過不足なく揃っている印象でした。そして何よりスタッフさんが素晴らしいです。自分は深夜帯に利用したのですが年配の方の対応が非常に柔らかく丁寧でコンビニレベルでこの接客は滅多にお目にかかれないと思いました。たった今の出来事なのですがこのコメントを駐車場で書いていると先ほどの年配の方が車までいらっしゃり謝罪を受けました。利用した際ドリンクメニューを注文した所取り扱えない商品を掲載してしまったと謝罪と取扱店の説明を受けました。この時も非常に丁寧な対応だったので特に不快さは感じずリカバリーが上手いと思ったのですがその後その方は運営に問い合わせを行い取り扱えないのでは無く店舗設備の準備が間に合っていなかったと判明しわざわざ駐車場まで再度の謝罪と説明をしに来てくれたのです。長文になってしまいましたがここまで対応が完璧だと怒りなど全く起きず逆にファンになってしまいます。家からはちょっと遠いのですがこれからもちょいちょい寄らせてもらいます。 Because the comment written here is very good evaluation, it used it while making guilty with self-made performances, but it was a truly wonderful store.
