成増店でのレッスンは初めてで、
『サウンドフローヨガ・アクティブ』を体験。
普段通っているところよりも室温が高めで、コレ一時間のぼせずにできるかな、途中脱水で死ぬか、何らかで死ぬのでは、、って不安の中のレッスンだったが、なんとか一時間終えることができ、ほっとした。
レッスン中、換気を何度かこまめにしていて、コロナ対策に努めていると思った。(普段言っているところは換気しない。というか窓がない)
ロッカールームが狭すぎる。
受付から全体的に、狭い。
参加人数によっては至る所で密になり、着替えもままならずニガテな空間だった。。シャワーは秒で諦めた。

The room temperature is higher than I usually go to, so I wonder if I can do it without hot flashes for an hour, I wonder if I will die due to dehydration on the way, or I will die for some reason, but I managed to finish the lesson for an hour I was relieved.
During the lesson, I thought that I was trying to take measures against corona by diligently ventilating several times. (I don't ventilate what I usually say, or rather, there are no windows)
The locker room is too small.
Overall, it is narrow from the reception.
Depending on the number of participants, it became dense everywhere, and it was a sloppy space without changing clothes. .. I gave up the shower in seconds.
