★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭くて人数制限もしてるから他のaesopに比べて列が進まない。ランドマークはガラガラの店ばかりなのだからお店をもっと広くすればいいのに。
It's small and the number of people is limited, so the line doesn't advance compared to other aesop. The landmarks are all rattle shops, so I wish I could make the shops wider.

店員さんが肌の悩みに合わせて丁寧に商品を勧めてくれます。
値段が少しお高いので、キールズをメインで使っていますが、たまにご褒美で購入してみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても何人かの接客が最悪で毎回気分悪くなるので買う物を決めて行ってちゃちゃっと終わらせるようになりました。メンバー登録を電話番号検索した所見当たらないと言われ、登録したのは確かなのでもう一度調べて下さいとこちらからお願いし名前検索してもらったらあちらの番号登録ミスだったり…店員さんが商品の聞き間違えしたのに言い返してきたり…残念です。
Whenever I go, some of the customers are the worst and I feel sick every time, so I decided what to buy and ended up with it. I was told that I couldn't find the member registration by phone number search, and I'm sure I registered, so I asked you to check it again. Even though I did it, I said back ... I'm sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗が狭いので、一組ずつ店内に通され、直接販売員がついてくるので、買わずに見るだけにすることが難しい。ハンドソープを買いに行ったが、香りの強い他の商品で、その場にいるのが辛くなったので、順番待ちの状態であきらめた。
Since the store is small, it is difficult to just look at it without buying it, as each pair is passed through the store and a salesperson comes directly to it. I went to buy hand soap, but I gave up waiting in line because it was hard to be there because of other products with a strong scent.

でも、支払いの対応も遅い。丁寧な対応も度が過ぎるとウザイだけだろーに。
値段帯考えてもトップブランドでは無いのでもっとあっさりした接客で早く買い物だけ済まさせて欲しい。以上。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small Aesop store in Landmark Plaza. Cuz of covid19 they dont accept more than 2 customers in at the same time. Sometimes there is a line in front. But usually not so busy.
