★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しい商品があったので店員さんに伝えると、たまたまスペシャルキットみたいなのになってて購入したい商品にテスターがいくつかついてたので、新商品の紹介などはありませんでした。
そのかわり、メンバーズカードの登録やテスターの説明などしっかりされましたが、丁寧できちんとした接客だったのでとてもいい気持ちでした。
実店舗に向かったのはこれが初めてでしたが、帰り際、いつもありがとうございます。と一言仰ってくださって、接客業ってこういう一言やっぱり大事だよなぁ…と自身も接客業しているので勉強になりました。

When I told the clerk that there was a product I wanted, it happened to be like a special kit and there were some testers attached to the product I wanted to purchase, so there was no introduction of new products.
Instead, the registration of the member's card and the explanation of the tester were done well, but I felt very good because the customer service was polite and decent.
This was the first time I went to a physical store, but thank you for everything on my way home. I learned that the hospitality business is important because I am also in the customer service business.
