★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainty a well organized, clean and neat shopping mall coplex but that seems all to say. The restaurants are fashionable but expensive, the food court even looks cooler but has no inexpensive menu. The rooftop futsal court may be a selling point but no cinema is a minus to me. The parking lots are really huge = convenient but Hiratsuka station is 10 mins away...
Above all, the surrounding downtown shopping streets looked pretty dead possibly becuse of this Mitsui advancement and I feel sad and scared about it.
