★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業課長の態度や言動が不愉快でした。平家で検討しておりモデルハウス見学にあたり何度か電話をかけたところ繋がらなかったため近くを通った際外観からの見学を希望しましたが敷地外の見学も無理。と一言。敷地外での見学も無理とは？モデルハウスにはご自由にお入りくださいの看板。看板の意味はなんでしょうか？社長と思われる責任者の電話対応も謝罪の電話だと思いきやきちんとした謝罪はありませんでした。営業課長は名前を伺ったところネットに書き込まれるため言いたくありません、と。書き込むつもりは全くありませんでしたが今回きちんとした謝罪が本人からも社長からもなかったためこちらに書かせていただきました。あの対応であれば役職のない方はもっと酷い対応なのでしょうか？かなり気になっていた工務店ですが対応1つでどうでも良く思えました。家は一生に一度の高い買い物ですからね。施主(客)への寄り添いのない人には任せられません。こちらに決めずに良かったです。

I didn't intend to write it at all, but I wrote it here because neither the person nor the president made a proper apology this time. If that is the case, is it even worse for those without a job title? It was a construction shop that I was very interested in, but I didn't care about it with just one response. A house is a once-in-a-lifetime expensive purchase. It cannot be left to those who are not close to the owner (customer). I'm glad I didn't decide here.
