〜	〜enishi〜 nostalgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 節　骨　麺という聞きなれない店名。あたりの住宅街に似合わないトガリ気味の店構え。駐車場は半分ほど埋まっていました。入口に食券自販機。初めてなので、非常に戸惑う。幸い、あとから誰も入らなかったからじっくり見れたけど。中央にカウンター、テーブル席も両脇に。小さめの店のわりに、店員多めッ。洗い場にひとり、ホールに２人、厨房に3人…お揃いの黒T。こってりラーメン700円。小さめ丼にシナチクとネギ、海苔、チャーシュー小さめ1枚、麺かため細めアブラ少なめ。餃子は普通だけどお皿に転がしたテイの盛り付けが疑問。オーダーしてから待ち時間は長めだったけど、それよりラーメンも餃子も熱々ではなかったのが気になる。洗ったコップの水けを素手でペーパータオルでゆっくり拭いていたり、箸はむき出しの割箸だったりと衛生的にもうひとつ。 An unfamiliar store name called Kushibone Noodles.
