公園になってますが、よくある公園というより、河川敷沿いの道のような感じです。
公園をイメージされて行くとがっかりするかもです。

ここの公園付近は広大な田んぼが広がっていて、とてものどかで景色がよく、宍道湖が見渡せ、松江市街や大山も遠くに見ることができます。
公園付近の田んぼ道や、宍道湖沿い、斐伊川沿いの道は車どおりが少なく、安心して犬の散歩ができます。
その日の気分や犬の体調で散歩コースを選べるので、犬の散歩にはとてもオススメの場所です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出雲市駅から15キロ程度あり、車で30分弱、自転車だ1時間程度で行くことができます。また、JR荘原駅から徒歩1時間強で行くこともできます。
島根県の朝日スポットが見れる場所としても有名で、宍道湖にかかる朝日の光は絶景です。また、運が良ければ朝日と霧のコラボレーションを見ることができ、それもまた幻想的な景色です。はコハクチョウやカモなどの水鳥も見ることができ、それらを見に散歩される方もいます。
また、出雲縁結び空港も近くにあり、空港周辺で宿泊することも可能です。その時は、ぜひ宍道湖西岸なぎさ公園に立ち寄り、宍道湖の朝日を堪能してみてください。

斐伊川と近くの田んぼを行ったり来たりしています。
野生のタンチョウ鶴を間近で見れて感激です。
そろそろ仲間の所に帰る事でしょうね。
One Japanese crane that flew in January of Reiwa.
I go back and forth between Hiigawa and nearby rice fields.
It is impressive to see the wild Japanese crane up close.
I'll be returning to my friends soon.
