★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海道産の素材を使っていてなんだか安心。ドレッシングやソースの味付けも優しくて好きです。デザートにはハスカップが使われていました。
写真撮り忘れたけど、メインは合鴨のロース。柔らかくて最高でした。
 I am relieved to be using materials from Hokkaido. I like the dressing and the seasoning of the sauce. A lotus cup was used for dessert.
I forgot to take a picture, but the main is the duck roast. It was soft and amazing.

北海道産の素材を沢山使った品々が楽しめました
魚介のサラダは野菜も多くドレッシングが手作り感があり、どこか ホッとします
海老のパイ料理もソースに海老の味が効いていて美味しかったです
根セロリの冷製スープは見た目よりも量が多くてお腹にたまりました(笑) もちろんクリーミーで美味しく頂きました
メインを50年も受け継いで作り続けているデミグラスソースを使った肉料理にしました ソースは舌触りが良く、少し甘味のある懐かしいような味でした この品もかなりボリュームがありました
デザートの苺とマスカルポーネは甘すぎず、かなり満腹だったにも関わらずペロリと平らげてしまいました
ランチの値段のわりにボリュームが多く、お酒まで付いていてコスパが良いと思います
全体的に懐かしく暖かなお料理です
斬新さは無いですが安心が味わえます
次回は夜に訪れてみたいです

The seafood salad has many vegetables and the dressing has a handmade feel, which makes me feel relieved.
The shrimp pie dish was delicious as the sauce had the shrimp taste.
The cold celery soup was bigger than it looked and I was hungry (lol) Of course it was creamy and delicious.
I made meat dishes using demiglace sauce that I have continued making for 50 years
The dessert strawberries and mascarpone weren't too sweet, and they were flattened even though they were quite full
I think the cospa is good because there is a lot of volume for the price of lunch and even sake is included
It is a nostalgic and warm dish overall
There is no novelty, but you can enjoy peace of mind
Next time I would like to visit at night

バースデーお祝い利用ということを予約時に伝えていたせいか、入店時からいろいろお気遣いいただいて、ホントにステキなお店でした(*^^*)
前菜から、味はもちろん、彩もホントに美しく、旬のホワイトアスパラを使ったほっき貝のムース、絶品でした！
水ダコとアワビのサラダも美味しかったし、セロリが嫌いな旦那に美味しいと言わせた、セロリの冷製スープも素晴らしい！
メイン料理は悩みに悩んで、私は北海道和牛、旦那はエゾシカを頼みましたが、どちらも食べれるようにしていただき、嬉しかったです。

From the appetizer, not only the taste but also the color is really beautiful, and the mousse of the oyster clam using seasonal white asparagus was excellent!
The octopus and abalone salad were delicious, and the cold celery soup that my husband who didn't like celery said was delicious was wonderful!
I was worried about the main dish, so I asked for Hokkaido wagyu and my husband for sika deer, but I was glad that I was able to eat both.
